The wide variety of businesses located within the complex provides a warm and friendly community feel.

Grove Park Studios offers simple and flexible licence agreements with the opportunity for businesses to move into larger units as the company grows (subject to availability). Clients benefit from 24-hour access to their offices, accommodating those with atypical working hours.

Fully managed office units are available within the complex, offering quality office space with excellent natural light and benefiting from communications technology, intruder alarm, air conditioning as well as free onsite car parking. The complex provides a wide range of business units from small one to two-person offices, through to larger units as well as studios/workshops. Each unit is unfurnished with neutral interior, ready for your business to make its own stamp.

Various studies on the effects of having pets in workspace show that having a dog around has been found to have a calming effect and can diffuse negative tension.
